Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications to design and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Create, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases, ensuring high-quality software deliverables.
• Document and report test results, including identifying and logging defects for resolution.
• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Execute manual testing tasks as required to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer with at least 4 years in the role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks.
  • Industry experience in the banking sector is highly desirable (2 years preferred).

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing automated testing scripts.
• Experience in manual testing with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with financial systems or applications within the banking industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Hybrid position based in Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara.
