Experience: 6–9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using modern Java frameworks.
• Design and implement robust APIs, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient database structures and optimize application performance.
• Work within an Agile team environment, contributing to sprints and adhering to Scrum practices.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry standards.

• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and proficiency in versions Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Expertise in API design, database design, and integration with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and deployment best practices.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of the banking or insurance domains and their associated technologies and workflows.

• Familiarity with React and the development of single-page applications (SPA).
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and tools.

Hybrid position based in Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara.
