A lead/ sr. consultant (G6) for a hands-on, development role while supporting role a. on technical aspects.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Design • Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives and operational challenges. • Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities. • Document current-state and future-state business processes. Functional Solution Design • Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications. • Recommend standard platform capabilities before customizations. Dynamics 365 Configuration • Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including: o Tables (Entities) • Configure user experiences to support business processes and operational efficiency. Agile Delivery & Product Support • Create and manage user stories within Azure DevOps or similar platforms. • Support backlog management and sprint planning activities.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of Business Analysis and Functional Consulting experience. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with: o Dynamics 365 Sales o Power Automate • Deep understanding of CRM processes including: o Lead Management o Opportunity Management o Business Requirements o User Stories • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) Preferred • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate Desired Skills Business Skills • Fit-Gap Analysis • Requirements Elicitation • Business Process Reengineering Technical Skills • Dynamics 365 Sales • Dynamics 365 Customer Service • Microsoft Dataverse Success Profile The successful candidate will: • Help facilitate business workshops and requirements sessions. • Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
