Responsabilidades:
Ejecutar análisis pre-migración con Metalogix, identificar riesgos: URLs largas, workflows, Infopath, permisos huérfanos.
Instalar y configurar Metalogix Content Matrix y SQL Server para Job Database. Definir mapeo de usuarios, metadata y tipos de contenido.
Diseñar y ejecutar jobs de migración inicial, incrementales y delta final. Optimizar hilos y horarios para evitar throttling de Microsoft.
Validar permisos, search, versiones y estructuras post-migración."
"Habilidades Técnicas (Indispensables):
Administración de SharePoint Server 2016 y SharePoint Online
Migración de bases de contenido >500GB con Metalogix Content Matrix.
Dominio de administración en Central Admin, Web Application User Policies, Site Collection Admin.
Entendimiento de Azure y roles de Microsoft 365.
Configuración de SQL Server, generación de respaldos y monitoreo de espacio.
PnP-PowerShell y SPO Management Shell para automatizar validaciones y correcciones post-migración."
