Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (On-site, CDMX): lead data-driven multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Email), optimize funnels, and drive qualified leads with strong ROI.
Location: Benito Juárez, Mexico City (100% On-site)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, and improve conversion rates across digital channels.
This is an individual contributor role that will work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and business stakeholders to execute integrated digital marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, launch, and optimize SEM, Paid Social, Display, Email Marketing, and Remarketing campaigns.
Develop and optimize SEO and Content Marketing initiatives.
Campaign & Channel Management
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Coordinate with external agencies and marketing vendors.
Execute A/B testing and optimize conversion funnels.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar.
Build lead nurturing workflows, audience segmentation, and lead scoring strategies.
Analytics & Performance
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, traffic, conversions, and engagement.
Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with:
SEO
SEM
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Google Analytics 4
Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar).
English level B2+ (Upper-Intermediate).
