Content Moderator

We are looking for a Content Moderator / Content Analyst / Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you will help ensure that digital platforms remain safe, engaging, and compliant, protecting millions of users worldwide.
What you’ll do
Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) across digital platforms
Identify and take action on inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant content
Apply community guidelines, policies, and compliance standards
Escalate sensitive or complex cases to appropriate teams (Quality, Policy, Legal)
Maintain accuracy and productivity aligned with KPIs and SLAs
Analyze content trends, user behavior, and patterns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance (QA), Customer Support, and Operations
Ensure documentation and reporting of moderation actions
What we’re looking for
Experience 1–2 years in:
Content moderation
Customer service / BPO / Call Center
Quality Analyst / QA / Content Auditor
Social Media / Digital Content / Community Management
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking and decision-making
Ability to work in a high-volume / fast-paced environment
Strong written communication skills (English preferred)
Ability to apply guidelines and policies consistently
Basic computer skills (MS Office, digital tools, platforms)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Trust & Safety / Content Review / Risk Analysis
Background in digital media, journalism, or social networks
Familiarity with: Community guidelines, Online safety standards, Policy enforcement processes
