Location: Mexico City (on‑site, local presence required)
Role type: On‑Site Support / End‑User Support (not a development role)
Focus areas:
Hands‑on hardware and desktop support
End‑user / floor support
Local incident handling and coordination
Physical presence in the office as needed
Profile expectations
Strong experience in on‑site support environments
Comfortable with hardware troubleshooting and break/fix
Able to work independently and interface directly with users
Prior financial services experience is a plus, but not required
