This position is 100% remote; however, we prefer candidates to be located in Guadalajara or nearby areas, as occasional in-person meetings or special client-related releases may be required.

Exigo is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) provider supporting over 90 Direct Selling and Network Marketing businesses all over the world. At Exigo, we have built a cloud-based Software-as-a Service (SaaS) platform from the ground up. We have been in business for almost two decades and serve millions of users daily.

JOB SUMMARY

Our clients rely on Exigo’s software and services to run every aspect of their business. Exigo BA’s make that happen by jumping right into the middle of the chaos. We spend our days reading tickets and emails, fielding conference calls with CIOs and CEOs… all while wrangling requirements into functional tasks that our very talented and very busy programmers can use.

Working with a project team of internal Project Managers, Software Developers, Data Architects/Analysts as well as Client Stakeholders, Executives and Project Team members to successfully implement and support clients on the Exigo platform is the core of this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to translate Business value statements into project deliverables for cross functional teams

• Analyze change requests submitted by our clients, converting them into thorough requirements that a developer can use to provide estimates

• Set expectations and help clients plan for software changes that meet their specific business needs

• Help train our Clients on how to use the system and the different functions available to them

• Provide after hours support when needed to help our clients with critical changes and/or fixes

• Run conference calls, write executive summaries, write testing plans

• Design website mockups, document use cases and acceptance criteria

• Testing of solutions and fixes to client issues, new features, and customizations • Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

• Analyze integration guides and 3rd-party software specifications

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Problem solving/Analysis skills are a MUST

• Self-Driven & Team Player

• Strong communication skills (both written and oral) are CRITICAL

• Passion for documentation, reporting and tracking of client tasks is a MUST

• Create and maintain core system and client specific documentation

• Ability to organize and prioritize projects for multiple clients

• Ability to learn platform architecture and configuration best practices; use that knowledge to contribute to the overall solution design

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years in an IT Business Analyst role

• English must be EXCELLENT

• Experience creating, testing, and communicating effective user stories

• Experience training others

• Rotation based, after hours support as needed

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and Visio)

• Proficient working with MS-SQL

• Experience with Data Analysis and research

• Ability to travel to client sites as needed

• Experience in Direct Sales and Network Marketing / MLM industry knowledge preferred
