🛠 Required Skills & Experience
· 5-10 years of experience in UKG products and preferably with UKG Ready implementations
· Based on the initial customer input - We need confident communicators with the following UKG module skills: Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, LMS / Learning, People Analytics, Leave of Absence and ACA
· Expectation from those resources would be to take on 10-15 modules at a time for UKG Ready implementations.
· Strong understanding of WFM processes, payroll, timekeeping, and compliance processes
· Proficiency in system configuration, data mapping, and integrations
· Excellent communication and client-facing skills
· Experience with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms
· Experience with EDI, APIs, or third-party integrations
· Strong English skills. Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) for international clients
· UKG certifications (preferred but not mandatory). UKG Ready certification will need to be obtained post onboarding.
