What Does success mean in this role?

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and server management.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Proficient in disaster recovery, cybersecurity best practices, and infrastructure security.
• Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional IT projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, VCP, CCNP, or equivalent.

Daily Activities:

• Design and deploy end-to-end infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers, cloud).
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data integrity across infrastructure.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.
• Architect and manage hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Optimize infrastructure using virtualization and automation.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate compliance and cybersecurity standards.
• Lead technical projects, define architecture requirements, and manage delivery timelines.
• Mentor technical teams and act as a trusted advisor across departments.
• Align infrastructure with enterprise architecture and long-term IT goals.
• Document solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
