Contract type: Full-time. On site Monday–Thursday, Remote on Fridays

Role Description

You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing training programs that foster the development of our team members—from onboarding through continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding programs for new members of the Support team.

Identify knowledge gaps and propose effective training plans.

Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions on software applications, internal processes, and best practices.

Provide cross-training to experienced team members acquiring new skills.

Measure program effectiveness through performance metrics.

Document processes, recommend improvements, and support special projects within the Support area.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in customer-oriented roles with a strong focus on customer service.

High technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn multiple software products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience in delivering training 1:1, in groups, via webinars, and in classroom settings.

Experience developing training content for diverse audiences.

Highly organized, efficient, adaptable, professional, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
