Hybrid model: 2 days in office / 3 days remote
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant Jr. to join our growing business development team in a corporate, B2B sales environment (this is not a call center role). The position is split between client-facing activities and back-office operations (50/50), giving you the chance to gain deep experience in lead generation, CRM management, proposals, and strategic sales support.
You’ll work closely with a senior business development leader, assisting with campaigns, outreach, research, and follow-ups, while receiving full training and mentorship to grow into a higher-level sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and executing LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
- Support lead generation efforts and market research
- Help draft proposals, decks, terms and conditions, and follow-up messages
- Join select discovery or client calls, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) updated and organized
- Participate in internal sales and marketing strategy meetings
- Perform occasional cold or warm calling to qualify leads (with support)
- Track key sales metrics and help maintain documentation accuracy
- Collaborate on the creation of content and internal sales materials
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in call center, telesales, or customer service
- Strong interest in sales and business development (B2B focus)
- English level: B2–C1 (spoken and written)
- Basic-Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
- Comfortable working with sales data, reports, and tech tools
- Detail-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow
- Based in Guadalajara or nearby, able to work 2 days per week in office
