Position Title: Training Specialist I

Location: Hybrid (occasional travel required)
Compensation: $20,000 to $25,000 MXN

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Training Specialist I to support training initiatives across our Board and MDO product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a background in customer service, and at least 1 year of training experience. This role requires an extroverted personality, confidence in public speaking, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and deliver training using various online training platforms
• Develop and publish customer-facing training videos
• Conduct engaging training sessions (webinars, one-on-one, small groups, and in-person)
• Promote user education and drive product adoption
• Convert training conversations into potential lead generation opportunities when appropriate
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize training delivery and effectiveness
• Understand and support administrative processes
• Travel occasionally for corporate meetings, customer workshops, or professional development

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in training or instructional delivery
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in customer service or client-facing environments
• Comfortable presenting to various audience sizes in different formats
• Clear, professional speaking voice with good accent clarity
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Ability to create compelling digital training content
