We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team in Mexico City. In this role, you will support the recruitment operations and candidate experience for a fast-paced and innovative environment. You’ll help coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, manage data through our ATS, and support recruiting events.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate interview scheduling and support the hiring process.
• Assist with background checks, pre-boarding, and onboarding tasks.
• Track referrals and help maintain candidate pipelines.
• Communicate directly with universities to organize internship programs and career events.
• Generate recruitment reports and keep data up-to-date.
• Represent the company at recruitment events like career fairs and Talent Land GDL.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or candidate coordination.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Experience using ATS platforms (Taleo, Workday, SmartRecruiters, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Previous experience working in multicultural teams is a plus.
